At Art Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tools and materials; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused art supplies in their original boxes, ensuring delicate items like brushes or canvases are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
