Derwent Inktense pencils are available in 100 highly pigmented, intensely vibrant ink-like colours. These watercolour pencils are permanent once fully dry, offering exceptional layering without moving previously dried layers, unlike traditional watercolours. Pencil to ink injust one wash!
- There are now 100 pure, vibrant colours plus a non-soluble outliner
- Water-soluble
- Round 8mm barrel
- Wide 4mm core
- Once dry the colour is fixed and can be worked over the top of it.
- Due to its permanent feature, it’s great on fabric such as silk and cotton. (You must make sure that all the pigment has been dissolved in the water to make it permanent. Any dry pigment will be washed out if further water is applied.)
